Cindy's Story
Life
After years of changing gears in different work areas and relationships, I am finally content with myself and I am looking forward to new experiences and new challenges.
After spending time on both coasts, living in Dover, Sudbury and Rockport in Massachusetts, and then living on the West Coast in Pacific Palisades, San Diego and for a time in San Francisco I am back among friends on the East Coast, living again in Sudbury and happy again twenty five years and two marriages later.
I am single again and without any financial worries thanks to the work and legacies of both of my deceased parents (the patent work in medical areas by my father and family trusts relating to my mother). Even though I have enjoyed working for others over the years with my doctorate degree to help open doors, I have been happily retired and looking for new areas to explore for the last five or so years. With a renewal of my energy for art, music and adventure thanks to my closest friends, I am embarking on a new path. With help of friends and fellow artists I am opening a group of art galleries on the East Coast and possibly in Northern California as well.

To this day, I still have the same collection of wonderful, close, intelligent and supportive friends that I had growing up in Sudbury, Dover and Rockport and throughout high school and college. Between my undergraduate years in the five college system, at UMASS Amherst as well as at Hampshire College, I met many of my closest friends and reconnnected with some of my close friends who I had lost touch with and now I still have Dave (a/k/a Lawson) Williams, Inga Sonstrom, Wendy Christol and Jen Metzger...they have always been there for me when I needed them most. If it were not for my closest friends I am not sure I would have made it through the tough times to get the wonderful place I find myself now. Two bad marriages (sorry, VERY bad marriages) make me appreciate even more the great relationships that I have had in the past and have now. Nothing can beat the great times we had together, concerts, playing in our rock band together, sharing our love of art and music, loving and sharing our love for each other, and just having a great time being friends. The great adventure continues and I get to continuing sharing it with my favorite people.
