More about Cindy Sue:"The true harvest of my life is intangible ~ a little dust caught, produces rainbows. Memories of friends and family etch footprints on my soul which enables me to get through each and everyday. I am deaf but hear with my HEART ⤠⤠⤠I had sudden Adult onset deafness in August 2006 from a severe sinus infection which did not respond to antibiotics. In 2007 I had Bilateral Cochlear Implant surgery. A MIRACLE from God which has restored my hearing and the wonderful sounds of this world on my Journey called Life. â¦

eds. I have overcome and lost challenges in life. The lost one's, the difficult one's, the one's that did not go â my way â I learned the most from. When I became deaf in 2006, my life changed. A change for the BETTER. For although I would not of chosen this journey, the Lord has blessed me with opportunities to meet awesome people and experience things if not deaf I never would of done or thought of. The awesome Lord gave me a 2nd chance. I now have bilateral cochlear implants, and with His GRACE can hear. But it was with the SILENCE in my life God spoke to me in ways I cannot describe. I thank the Lord for each sunrise, sunset, for it is â Just one More Day â to do things. You have no idea how wonderful the laughter of family is, a friends voice, a argument, sounds of a make~up, a hummingbird's buzz of its wings on a fly~by your shoulder, a crickets noisy rubs when you are trying to sleep, a cat's meow, a dog's annoying bark, ruffle and rustle of paper, the ring of a phone, ordering fast food at the drive up, and neighbors realizing you are not stuck up or ignoring them, instead you became deaf.
I believe HUGS are the most amazing creation in the universe. Free, no wrap required, available 24/7, able to give and get. Strange: when I give a hug or a smile away I get so much MORE in return. I believe if you can give just 1 hug or 1 smile away a day you have done what the Lord has intended you to do on this Journey called Life. Live for TODAY, for your tomorrows may be different than you expect. Live, Love, Hug, and always tell at least one person a day that they are special and loved. Your Journey of Life will be enriched with happiness and joy because of it...⤠⤠⤠⤠⤠â¤".
