I am done with my Masters coursework at the University of Central Florida. Currently working on my Thesis on subtle forms of discrimination against Arabs with regards to selection. My Masters degree is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
I am currently a receptionist at a medical services company. I just got word of my promotion to the IT departm...Expand for more
ent. I'm excited about it, though it has nothing to do with my degree. I'll take what I can get in this economy though :O)
I am highly focused on getting ahead while I still can, I may go for the PhD at UF in Organizational Behavior. The more and more I think about it though...I'm leaning towards stopping at the Masters. Any advice?
