Connie's Story

Life Well everyone, I thought it was about time to update my bio as it has been 4 years. Luckily for me and John, we retired from Verizon in 2003. I Love it and it's so great to be back in Indiana. I love doing nothing....or should I say decorating our new home we had built in 2004. I do share a little of my time 10-15 hours working a a nursery and florist shop but its really not like work as I have so much fun in the dirt and with the flowers ! John too is retired and having a great time. We are now close to the grandkids and its wonderful to be retired at our age. We are truly blessed. k...Expand for more
eep in touch everyone! Sorry all, no pictures....yet! I now live in Texas after California,Florida, and Missouri. I continue to have a wonderful career with GTE/Verizon since 1968 and finally completed college in 1989. I now am the Sales Director for Verizon and just love my job and I've had a new position with the company every 3-4 years. It's been such a ride. LOVE NASCAR RACES, GO JR #8 MARRIED to a great guy...John who is from Portland, Indiana. go figure. Kids? 2 Grandbabies? 3 I love it. Looking forward to retirement and moving on back to Indiana to be near my GREAT family.
