Life
My husband, Nathaniel Frank BARR, died 24 September 2006 at home in my arms. His cause of death was colo-rectal cancer, but his real problems began in 1994 with cancer of the bladder. His bladder cancer was thought to have been cured by the removal of the tumor, and he had a few good years before being struck by colo-rectal cancer diagnosed 17 Ma...Expand for more
rch 2004 at Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center on Manhattan Island in NYC. I'm still in shock and am suffering a great deal of grief over my loss. I really miss him. He entered into an out-patient Hospice program because he wanted to die at home and not in a hospital room. I treasure all our moments together, even those when he was very ill.
