Coralynn's Story
I was the late comer to Duke Law School. My undergraduate degree from Duke was as Coralynn Young in 1946. I married in 1947. My husband, Steve Harward, and I practiced as CPA's in Durham. My husband decided to accept a position with Duke as controller. We sold our practice and I retired. It was boring so I applied to Duke Law.

it very much. My husband retired from Duke in 1986 and assisted me in my office. We had a good life. He died in 1993. I remarried in 1997 to Roger Marshall, retired secretary of Duke University. We began world-wide traveling and I closed out my law practice in 1999.
I have slowed down on the traveling and mostly enjoy hobbies, socializing, events at the Law School, Duke football and basketball, etc.
