Cork's Story
My Life Up to This Point:
Updated January, 2009.
Hello former classmates & shipmates, friend & foe alike!
Life has been a true adventure since the formative years of High School.
After six wild & crazy years in the US Navy which took me all over the world, doing things which sailors are known to do, I began to question many things, including the meaning of life and the purpose of my existence on Terra Firma!
That quest led me away from military life and landed me in Eugene, OR where I began an intense quest for "truth". After a couple of years of foraging into various spiritual practices and socio-political philosophies my journey ended with an amazing meeting with Jesus on my own "Damascus Road" (i.e. I-80) in Omaha, NE.

e back to Mt. Pleasant, SC where I met my beautiful wife, Susan. We were married and began our journey of serving God together in August 1982. Since that time we have lived in Winona Lake, IN for Seminary/Grad School; Tulsa, OK; and finally to Zanesville, OH where we have been since 1996. We have 5 children.
2003: After a 13 year break, I rejoined the Navy Reserve and serve with a Naval Information Operations Command unit in at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
In 2007-2008: Four month school in TX then a 10 month mobilization complete with a six month tour in Iraq. Following that, I spent another six months serving at Ft. Gordon in Augusta, GA until January 2009.
Jan 2009: I joined MacAulay Brown,Inc (MacB) a defense contractor and began working at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.
Our goal is to relocate back to SC in a few years. Drop me a line and let me know what is happening in your life.
I look forward to hearing from any of my former classmates and shipmates:
