Craig's Story
1964 - 2009.
I returned to Australia, back to Newcastle NSW, where I am still living.
I did one term of 6th class & then went to a local high school for 4 years,followed by 2 years in a boarding school in Sydney.
I am now with what is left of the old gas company, & am working there as a gas supply technician-urgent response; I have been in the gas industry for 27 years.
I am married with 2 sons,Liam (19) & Alex (16).
My wife Ann teaches languages at one of the local high schools, mostly Japanese & French.
We have travelled extensively, firstly in 1980 to Western Europe,U.K.,& Ireland,then again in 1988 to Europe,Scandinavia & Japan.
We took the boys to Japan in 2004, & Alex & I went to Japan in 2007 as part of ...Expand for more
a junior rugby players' tour.
He is still at high school & coaches an under-10's rugby side-he could not play this year because of lack of numbers for an under-17's side.
My other son Liam is studying Media Studies at one of the local TAFE campuses-he is interested in film & sound production; he is also very musical & has played in & out of bands-he drums like Keith Moon!
I have also been in contact with Michael Holloway & his sister Anne - by email only - who were also at ESP at the same time as us.
Also, I have had a few emails from Cathy Taylor over the years as well.
Anyway, that's it for now, so take care of yourselves, & hopefully we might even get a chance to see each other someday.
