I'm an Army brat but my family settled in Lakewood WA and later near Steilacom WA long enough for me to attend Tyee Park Elementary & Lockburn and Hudtloff MS. I graduated from Clover Park HS in 1986 GO WARRIORS. Married very young at age 19 to Scott Hanson. Scott joined the Air Force so we traveled to Phoenix AZ then to Hahn AB Germany and then to RAF Upper Heyford near Oxford England. When it was just the two of us we traveled all over Europe. I too joined the US Air Force while we were stationed in Germany and when we moved to RAF Upper Heyford I was pregnant and gave birth to Elizabeth Ann. Upon return to the States we did separate and eventually got divorced. It was fate for I met and married the love of my life, Jef, at Edwards AFB CA. Elizabeth was 3 at the time and adores Jef as her father. I served in the Air Force for over 8 years and became a civilian in 1999 & part of the support crew for Jef while he traveled to work on the brand new F22 program. My husband was transferred to Sunny Las Vegas and here we've stayed since March 2000. We love it and have the best neighbors and friends here. After my Air Force Career in Hospital Administration, I worked as Exec Asst for HR at BAE Systems. Continued to work in my old unit at Edwards AFB as a Health Benefits Liason for the military family members, worked as a laser engraver for a Crown Trophy Franchise and persued a partnership with the owners.
