Curtis's Story
Life
After graduating from East Atlanta High School, I attended West Georgia College. I graduated from West Georgia in 1974 with a BS in Education. I returned to WGC for my Masters Degree in 1977 and later a Specialist in Education degree in 1987.
I taught Science at Clarkston High School in Dekalb County for 10 years. While at Clarkston, I had the opportunity to teach some of the younger siblings of my high school classmates.

ears, I have served as an assistant principal at Southwest Dekalb, Lithonia, and Sequoyah. All my years (37) are in Dekalb County.I am currently a middle school assistant principal.
I am married and have two children. I didn't marry until I was 32 so unlike most of my high school classmates, I have school age children in my middle age.
