Life
This is one for the books after 15 years of my husband and I owning our restaurant and doing so somewhat successfully. I have gone back to school to refine my self-taught skills of cooking....when I finish I will be a certified Chef. But that is the easy part....I am now a commuting student....still not such a big thing....but i commute once a week from Kokomo IN. to Charlotte NC. I am attending Johnson and Wales University for Culinary...Expand for more
Arts....And It Is Awesome....if all goes well we hope to open another restaurant, along with our present one, that is more finer dining. I love the school, the students are great, the Professors are top-notch, and the flying not too bad, and of course the help of the husband is the only reason I can do this.....thank you PAPA!!! I hope to teach culinary students one day soon too! I realize that even at 44 years....I am never too old to learn.
