Dacia's Story
Life
I am about to be a 1L at Georgia State College of Law --and am looking forward to spending three years in Atlanta, Ga. I finished a six year enlistment in the Navy in 2006, and have been at school full time for the past couple of years.
School
The most inspiring teacher I had was Mrs. Rusher--I know she wanted me to go to college instead of the military, but if she's reading this, I hope she knows that I successfully did both. I did very well at Penn State, graduating with honors, and am attending law school in Atlanta.

o school a bit tentatively--not knowing what to expect after such a long hiatus. But I ended up carrying a full-time schedule while still full-time active duty in the Navy, I went on an Ireland trip over Spring Break last year with a class (and had a GREAT time!--miss you guys!!!), and busted out a hectic schedule for fall and spring semester that allowed me to graduate in May 07.
Military
After six years in the Navy, I have finally moved on and back into the civilian world. I will never regret my time spent in the military--I have so many great memories, and am so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people.
