I assess and negotiate for the financial compensation due an injured person pursuant to the applicable laws, and coordinate medical and rehabilitative needs. We retain, as needed, the appropriate medical/rehabilitative experts, as well as engineers, actuarial consultants, accountants and/or vocational consultants, to assist in the valuation of a client's claim. In more serious cases, a case manager, usually with an occupational therapy background, is appointed to assist in the coordination of different resources to meet that client's (or their family's) needs.
