Life Hi gang! Well I'll be retiring from 20 years of service from Coast Guard aviation in early 2005. I'm currently living back in Alaska however upon retirement I will be heading back to Florida to manage our horse ranch and keep the lazy river chlorinated. I currently have 2 Real estate licenses an appraisers license and various properties scattered about. My latest project has been in writing a real estate book for the middle class, it is now in Barnes & Noble and Amazon. Titled (MagicBullets in Real Estate) All has gone well for me throughout the years and retirement is looking like a road show of book signings and seminars, mix this with my passion to Buy,rehab,rent or sell real estate and that should keep me occupied for the foreseeable future. I welcome any and all of you to visit Alaska now or Florida after 2005 (me casa su casa). I went with the gold membership so I could touch base on more personal notes.
