Life
Employed at Redbank Valley SD as a Learning Support Teacher 1977 - 2002, also served as wrestling coach most of those years.
Retired from teaching in 2002, retired from working for PSEA (as a UniServ Rep in Pittsburgh) in Dec., 2104.
Married Donna Simpson ('74) in June of 75; widowed, Mar.30, 2019
two kids - Joseph Ryan (37) and Colin Jesse (29). Added a daughter-in-law (Paula) as of 7/21/07. 2nd d-i-l pending <G>.
School
Daniel Wynn - 10th grade social studies. Taught us the phrase "unmitigated gall."
Brother Frances Michael (or was...Expand for more
it Michael Frances?) - 12th grade physics. In addition to a great class, he introduced us to Phil Ochs at Senior Retreat.
College
Roger Hufford - Debate coach at Clarion. Incredible guy. In difficult moments, it's a good idea to think: "what would the Huff have done here?"
Workplace
Bob Bubb - head wrestling coach at Clarion Univ. Only worked with him in coaching clinics, but what a great guy.
Military
Ah, the Mighty "B" - two Med cruises, Gitmo, refit in Portsmouth
Weekend trips to the Bahamas, Ocho Rios, San Juan, etc. What a ride.
