Darlas's Story

Life I'm the very proud mother of TWO sets of twins. Girl/Boy born1994 and Identical boys born 1999. My husband Jeff and I have been togeather now 15 years....wow how time flies. We'd been living in Las Vegas, Nv for 7 years, and just recently moved to Nashville, TN (June 2006). We LOVE it here. We primarily moved for the kids, we wanted them to grow up in a smaller/slower community. Las Vegas was fun, but not a great place to raise older kids. Our daughter is in championship cheerleading here...it's a VERY big thing in the South. She loves it and it's keeping the whole family very busy with out of town competitions. We're seeing alot of our new state from traveling around. Her twin bother is taking guitar lessons...another very big thing here in Nashville, obviously! LOL. He is amazing for being so young and the key is he LOVES to play, almost any instrument....we're in the right town for that. :-) Our younger twins are in Cub Scouts...and I'm a "Den Leader". oys and I'm loving that. My husbands busy traveling for business. We work for the same company. He's a Corporate Engineer for a big radio company and I'm still on the radio, as an air-personality. I'm currently here in Nashville at 103 WKDF Saturday nights LIVE with "Darlas After Dark" again...6pm-12mid central (4pm-10pm your time), listen anytime online at 103WKDF.com!! Weekends in Memphis, TN on WGKX, Kix106 and in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Thunder 94.5, these stations I do from my new home studio it's great, I'm able to work and make a living, while being at home all the time for all the kids! Our families are still all in Oregon, we get back to see them every other year or so (not so much now that we have moved so far East). We do love and miss Oregon, but not enough to move back! :-) So life is good....hope all is well with you and yours. Would LOVE to hear from you, get ahold of me thru my MySpace page.
