Darren's Story
Well, after graduating, caught on with the family business where I currently am general manager and part owner of. Married in 1983 and whom we have 3 beautiful daughters (non married as of yet). Oldest is attending U of A, middle is about to start with SIAST and youngest is still in high school that keeps us relatively busy riunning after with her sports. I have been also involved with coaching my daughters in fastball. Just finished probably my last year (being 2008) with coaching my youngest in the bantam nationals that were held here in Regina. Have been and still living in Regina. (too many roots here right now)
I hope everyone remembered me a very enjoyable person to be around.
My favorite thing to do is to relax is on my deck in the back yard in the summer with a cold bevy or watch a great action flick.

s, hopefully the Maple Leafs turn around, Blue Jays can kick it in any time now. I really enjoy watching softball. (part of my life I guess)
My best friend would tell you I'm fun to be around, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as a great person to get to know.
I share my home with wife and kids, which I find most satisfying.
Since coaching Softball, I have won 3 city championships, numerous second place finishes, won 1 provincial championship, 2 provincial 2nd place finishes, taken a team to the 2004 Sask Summer games which we had won silver. Taken our team to Westerns in 2006 and to Nationals in 2008.
My first job was at the Dairy Queen, where I got paid very little when compared to now-a-days to flip burgers and push ice cream. What I remember most about it is this is where I met the girl I am married to.
