Dave's Story
I'm a trial lawyer. I was a Councilman in Costa Mesa, California, an Instructor at Univ. of California, Irvine, a Judge Pro Tem in Harbor Municipal Court in Newport Beach, California, and I raced formula cars. I was Rookie of the Year in 1994 in the FVA Western Pro Series.
I have represented many people pro bono associated with Earth and animal groups including Earth First!, Sea Shepherds, ALF, Bear Mountain Dog Rescue, Wolf Mountain Rescue, POPCO (Pet Overpopulation Coalition), and many others devoted to Earth and Animal Rights.
Some of my clients have sunk whaling ships and one was called the number one terrorist in the US by the coconut Alberto Gonzalez, Attorney General of the US. I really hate people who sneak around killing animals for fun. I think they have small penises, including the women. I have been a vegetarian for many years.

ractice has been devoted to defending doctors before the California Medical Board on issues of medical ethics and performance. I know a lot about medicine and law.
I live in a small town near Big Bear Lake, California. I spend a lot of time out in the wilderness of the mountains and the desert.
I am engaged and plan to be married by the end of the year. My fiance is also 53 and although she is a graduate of Anaheim High School, we put her profile in with ours at Centennial under her name Terri Fields, Class of 1973.
In December of 2007, I was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer (I haven't smoked tobacco in over 20 years, so it must be something else). I did chemotherapy and radiation, and it helped but I still have cancer, so I am doing more chemotherapy.
The Grateful Dead sang "When life looks like Easy Street, there is danger at your door." They were right.
