Daverine's Story
After being in a relatively short marriage and having two children, Brandi and Mark, I was a single parent for about 16 years. In 1997, I married a friend and co-worker, David Lyons. After spending the first 45 years of my life in Manchester, I moved south....to Nashua!
In 1999, I became a grandmother when Brandi had her daughter, Ashleigh. She has since had three sons and another daughter!
In 2001, after almost 21 years of battling Cystic Fibrosis, my courageous son, Mark, passed away. It was a difficult time, however...Expand for more

After working as a Software Engineer ( Not quite what I had expected back in high school, however it has been good to me over the years) for a little over 38 years, I took early retirement. My husband and I enjoy biking in the summer, taking vacations in warm places in the winter, geocaching whenever we xan get out, and spending time with my daughter and her family. There have been many difficult times, but we must focus on the many blessings that have been given to us.
