David's Story

Life I currently live in Iron Mountain with wife (Gina) and 4 kids. I currently teach Business/Economics at Bay College and am the owner of a very successful photography business (Cutting Edge Photography). Check out the website at cuttingedgephoto.net to see our work. The studio has allowed me to travel a lot and photograph some of the most beautiful places in the US and Canada. Currently, our images have graced several destination magazines and I serve as a national speaker for the photography industry. On a lighter note, my kids are now into old 80s tunes on their iPods, so it is weird to be listening to music from HS on a day to day basis. I guess it could be worse....they could be listening to 50 cent ...Expand for more
or Britney Spears (eeek!). It is nice to hear all those songs from the past, as they bring back fun memories of parties at the pits, cruising with friends, dating, school dances, bus trips to games, pizza at the Club 28 and hanging at the lake. My kids keep me running by being in virtually every sport their is (softball, soccer, football, etc.). There is no time for coaching, but I do my best to vicariously live my "Al Bundy" years through them (just kidding). My motto that I live life by is this......"Growing older, but not up!" Can't go bad with an outlook on life like this. So, all you others who never want to grow up, give me a ring, email or just stop by. The blender and bar is always open for friends!
