David's Story
Workplace
After graduation, I went to L.H. Bates Technical College in Tacoma and completed a two-year program in Broadcast Engineering in 6 months.
I then took a fulltime job in Portland, OR at KPTV. There I worked as a camera operator on various shows and yes even Big Time Wrestling.
I worked for Portland Blazer Basketball at the same time I worked for KPTV. I worked ...Expand for more
as a cameraman, slomo, and Technical Director.
I then worked at KIRO-TV in Seattle as a shader/camera operator. The moved to Bellingham where I worked in master control, news/engineering then news and weather.
I got degree at Western in Journalism and East Asian studies. I lived and studied in Beijing, just before the Tiananmen Square Massacre, which brought tears to my eyes.
