David's Story
I am Dave Smith and I attended Saint John High from Sept '62 to June '65. I went to UNBSJ for one year and moved on to UNB Fredericton where I received my B. Sc. C. E.in 1970 and M. Sc. CE Structural Engineering in 1972. I have practiced Engineering designing bridges for the Province of N.B. and retired in 2007. I am married with 2 children and two grandsons. the 60's I played for the Interludes, the Gents, the Hodads, the Magnetic Dilemma and Boiler Putty. We played at Lily Lake, Branch 69 legion, the Cloud Chamber and school dances. I most recently played for a band called Blue Suede in Fredericton for 10 years. We did 50's and 60's music. I enjoy jazz and blues and I am having a great time studying jazz in my retirement.I was in Sexy Mary's grade 12 class. Anybody remember that?
