David's Story
David is from Fair Oaks, California. Immediately upon graduation from Bella Vista High School, he was immediately hired as a resident Equity member of the Sacramento Music Circus (California Music Theatre). He attended American River College for part of one semester...until the campus was shut down by former Governor Ronald Reagan to ward off possible deadly riots breaking out on various other campuses in the State, which were spurred by the massacre on the campus of Kent State University, Ohio.
He packed his bags, and moved to New York City.
David made his career as a theater performer, and appeared on Broadway in eleven shows including No, No, Nanette, A Chorus Line, Dreamgirls, and Bob Fosse's 'Dancin''. He was married last November (they let us do that now), and is desperately trying to learn Brasilian Portuguese (no...it's not the same); not only so he can communicate with his new family, but also in hopes he'll finally be able to understand all the Bossa lyrics he's been singing phonetically since Freshman ...Expand for more
