Dave's Story
After graduating from North Miami Senior High School, I attended Concordia College (now University) NE (Education/Math). I later received my Master's Degree in Family Life Education from Concordia in 2000. Shortly thereafter, I attended Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO from 2002-04. I am currently a Lutheran pastor in Blairsville, GA, preparing for retirement in the North GA mountains.

is currently substitute teaching in Union County Elementary School after 15 years of fulltime service in Blairsville (20 years prior in FL, GA, & MO). Our son, Andy is a UGA grad and works in financial services (currently looking) in Acworth, GA. Our daughter, Katie also is a UGA grad working in dance administration for the Houston Ballet in TX. We just recently rescued a 5-yr-old terrier mix named Benji.
