Dawn's Story
Life
Moved to Texas over 10 years ago and never regret a minute of not having to have to shovel snow or scrape another car in the middle of winter. While the summers can tend to be extremely hot, I'll take the hot over the cold! Married a great guy (native Texan AND an Aggie -- whoop!) with one grown daughter and am officially a "grandma" -- kids are great, I get to spoil them and send them on their merrie way. Still working for the same company that I've been working...Expand for more
for for 15 years -- has enabled me to see the world and travel much. All in all, life is good, but waiting for the day I can sleep late, work with clay for the better part of the day and book for a week without worrying whether or not I have enough vacation time!
Seeing some of the names on this list simply amazes me -- I sometimes wonder how any of us made it through the 60's and 70's...and none of us realized (then) that those days really were "the good old days".
