Dawn's Story
Life
Hi there! Since I graduated from high school and college I got married in 1998 and have lived in Norfolk, VA; Biloxi, MS; Edwards, CA and I am currently (Oct. 2005) living in San Antonio, TX, with my husband, Derek and 3 daughters-- Molly (5), Lyla (3), and Juliet (16 months). Derek is a Major in the Air Force, fortunately has not been deployed, and I am very busy being mom to our girls. Time seems like it has flown by in the last 10 years! In my spare time I like to visit with my girlfriends over lunch/dinners, exercise outdoors, read, watch t.v./movies, and just relax. We really enjoy living in San Antonio where we have been able to afford to buy our first home (yeah!), live a leisurely pace, and watch our kids grow up and learn about life. School
After graduating from Our Lady of Peace in 1994, I attended UCSB, Mira Costa College, CSU San Marcos, and finally got my degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. I spent most of my time and coursework at San Marcos and really enjoyed it! The only way in which my specific major has come in handy has been dealing with and understanding my daughters!
Workplace
My "work" has included working at a Bed and Breakfast in Carlsbad, CA for 6 years, working at Victoria's Secret, and being employed in a Psychology Practice as a secretary. My most rewarding and hardest work has been raising my kids and managing our household!
