Dawna's Story
Hey There!
I have done alot since graduation. Nothing spectacular or amazing but overall it's been good.
Right after school I worked at a plant nursery, then at San Fernando Electric for awhile. I met my first husband at a New Years eve party, We were married in April. Had a son in November. We divorced 11mon. 7 days later. We lived at home with my folks(my son and myself) in Sylmar. Then in 1984 we moved to Oklahoma. In 1986 we lost my mother to Heart Disease. In 1992 I married again. Had another son! We moved from Okla. to Anaheim, Ca. lived there until 94. Then we moved back to Okla. In 99 we moved to Cheyenne, Wyo. We divorced in 2000. d my Dad.) Dad passed away in February of 2001. My son and I moved to Crescent City, Ca. where my cousins live in 2003. We have been here since then and very happy. My son attained his Eagle Scout Rank in 2009 in the B.S.A. and I am a Cib Scout leader as well as the Committee Chairperson of his Troop. We are members of the Morman Church and very active in church. We live in a very beautiful area 11 miles from the ocean, in the middle of the Redwoods. It's the best of both worlds ,Beach and mountains both! Update- Ben is now 18 and has become an assistant Scoutmaster in his troop. We are gearing up for Cub Scout Day Camp, starts the 21st of June so I will not be able to attend the reunion, I am sad not to see all of you, but I will be thinking of you! Have fun EVERYONE !
