Hey, let's see, joined the Teamsters Union in 77', commercial driver. Took 6 companies to piece together my 30 yr. pension. Stayed single until 83', 2 children, a son born in 84' & a daughter born in 85'. Divorced in 86'. Met my 2nd wife in 86', still 2gether, a son born in 93'. First diagnosed with cancer in 93', chemo in 94', 13 years in remission. Came back in 07', more chemo. Kinda feel like I'm living on borrowed time. Clean since 93', quit cigs. in 94', sober since 06'. Luv going RVing & Harley-Davidsons. In 07', started drawing my union pension & started a new career with Union Pacific Rail Road. Recession caused hundreds of lay-off's at U.P.R.R. Back to driving a truck for now out of a winery in Napa. As a young man I was arrogant all the time, but now everyday day I try to be the best easy & helpful man I can be. I've been living in the same house for 30 yrs. in Suisun. My folks still live in the same house in Concord. Last nite, Oct. 17 2009 was our 35th reunion in San Ramon. We had fun seeing all of you that were there! Life hasn't been easy for me, but the POSITIVES outweigh the negatives. Back in June, my 23y.o. daughter Rachel died. Her funeral was Fathers Day weekend.
