Deann's Story
Immediately following high school I attended WSU in Winona, MN for one year and decided that was not me. Spent a few years working full time at various jobs, then returned to school part time in my mid 20's. I graduated from MATC with a degree in nursing and I have been working as an RN for 5 years. I work at Meriter Hospital in Madison. I work in the Meriter Heart Hospital Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit. It is a fast paced, critical care, high acuity environment and I LOVE it. 1, 2008 (I married the man I started dating in April of our senior year in high school). We have one son, Carter, who is 3 years old. We have 2 cats and lots of fish. We own a home in Stoughton which we hope to sell in the next year or two so we can move out into the country. I travel as much as I can. In the last 5 years I have been to various places in the US, Ireland and Mexico (twice). I've only kept in touch with a handful of people from high school but more recently have found myself curious about where people have ended up in the world and wondering what people have been doing with themselves.
