Deanna's Story
Life
My husband and I will celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary in June. Our twins daughters turned 5 in January. And our little baby, not so little anymore, turned 1! Life is so wonderful! I did my first marathon in October 2006 and am training to do my second one in October 2009, doing half-marathons in between.
College
Chapman was fun but I was so happy to get out into the real world!! I felt like I wasted 4 years of my life as I completely changed fields after 6 months of being in the field I got a degree in! After a couple of years out of college, I went back for my MBA but decided not to finish it as I didn't want to work 80 hours a week outsi...Expand for more
de of my home! Little did I know that the career I fell in love with took more time outside and inside the home! And, then again, I went back for more schooling and received my teaching credential! That I will never regret!!!
Workplace
I am blessed to have had a wonderful life of jobs! I now have the best job in the world... staying home to take care of our three precious angels! I will miss teaching and wish I didn't wait so long to go into the teaching world... but things happen for a reason. However, I am now heavily involved with MOPS at my church and went from speaker coordinator to doing publicity and speaker coordinator. I enjoy serving the Lord!!
