Deb's Story

Life My life, OK, While I was in College, I interned & then ended up on staff for GoodTimes Magazine as a photographer...it was an exciting job as I was invited to many "back stage" private parties...I met & hung out with most bands from the 80's, been on tour buses,VIP sections, guest lists, hung out in LA, alot of fun....After College, went to work FULL Time for Unitel Video, a production company in Manhattan, again, met famous people, exciting! My husband I met through a common friends at "SPIT" a club in Levittown...we dated for 5 years, & married in '96...He worked in Manhattan with me & we'd go to Bryant park for lunch most days.. 2 months after we were married, we bought a house in Commack, Had my 1st daughter in '97, my second in '99 then quit to be a "stay at home mom" ...I missed them too much to be so far away for so many hours!...My third daughter was born a few years later in '05...my husband also got out of Manhattan and became a Nassau county cop..we also have a mini-dachshund dog,a sun Conure bird, and a black ...Expand for more
& silver gold fish..Life is busy, but I am looking forward to the 20 year in Nov! by the way, I'm not a member so contact me via my email address Debbster at optonline dot net :-) School Funny, I remember moving here in 7th grade, and having a "crush" on someone who I didn't know but my friend had him "sign my yearbook" Which he did! Thank you, it meant alot to me back then!!! Anyway, I later became somewhat friends with him & wish him all the best! Of course their were other crushes but that just stands out :-) Had some good teachers but I think having the "whole class" is what makes it an enjoyable or not so enjoyable experience!...That said I really liked Mr. Hall's class... And Tech had to be THE BEST!!! College Went to Adelphi for 4 years & earned my Bachelors ...A Double major: Communications & Fine Art and a minor in photography.. Inturning a semester for GT mag was the best! I was hired as soon as my intern was over & had great experiences! Workplace contact me via email on Debbster at optonline dot net :-)
