I always wanted to be a musician when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were right. My first job was at my aunt's restaurant in Amherst, where I got paid next to nothing to wait tables and make milkshakes.. What I remember most about it is some of my Oberlin friends would come by on Saturdays and say hi. The place was called the Chatterbox and is still there today.
