Debbie's Story
Life
Left GA in 83, right after graduation. I have been traveling every since with the military the first year and then as a military spouse. I started out in Virginia, then to Hawaii, Washington State, back to Hawaii, then Sicily, Italy. After that we returned to Mississippi where I attended the University of South Alabama and obtained my nursing degree. As of January of 2007 we moved to Guantanamo Bay Cuba. working on my Masters of Nursing degree and volunteering at the local military hospital. My two boys are now 22 and 12, Michael and Thomas, respectfully. My husband is a career navy person and is looking forward to retiring at the end of this tour. We will probably retire back in Washington State, as this is his home. We met in Hawaii and have been married for 15 years. We are both active in the boy scouts and any other community activities that need support.
