I am currently living back in good old G.P. I'm not married ... came really close last fall. Unfortunately things didn't work out. And after months of dealing with the heartbreak of losing him, I've finally started living again and looking for that someone special that the Lord has out there for me. Guess we'll see what happens ... I got my Associates Degree in Child Development as I LOVE kids - can't wait to have some of my own with the right person. I was going back to college until Spring 2007 to get my Bachelors in Elementary Education or Library Sciences. I have put this on hold for the time being because I'm not sure that it's what I want to do. I was seriously considering going back for a degree in counseling, but for right now that's on the back burner. For the past 4 years I was a Pre-K Teacher at First Baptist Church in Grand Prairie -- the church that I grew up in. I quit that job in August 2007 and started temping back in the office world. I am currently working at this awesome company called The Ellipse Group in North Dallas. We custom design and support/host websites for the Multi-Family Housing Industry and we have an awesome group of talented and creative people on our team. I am a Business Development Associate supporting one very, very Business Development Manager and his accounts and I am LOVING it. I have always believed that when God closes one door, He will always open up another one ... and that is indeed what He did in this case. I know that I was meant to be at Ellipse. Not only am I learning a lot and totally enjoying myself and my job, but I've met some incredibly talented people ... and after a recent tragedy I have been able to offer support and guidance for the staff. I've been able to step up to the plate so to speak. One of our ASP Programmers was one of the two men senselessly and tragically gunned down in front of a recording...Expand for more
