Debby's Story
Life
I have a daughter, Jenny who is 35 and has been married for 12 years, and a son, Wil, age 32.
I have been living in Rocklin for the last 25 years.
I am a Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, Licensed Marriage Officiate and CEO of Special Family Connection, a non-profit organization that provides help and assistive technology to special needs individuals at no cost. I also host a talk show; Special Family Connection on BlogTalkRadio and have owned Wells Carpet Care for 29 years.
My kids are a blessing to me. I am so proud of the adults that they have become. My daughter and her husband have 2 boys, aged 5 and 7. My son is a graphic artist and owns an award-winning graphics / ad company, Elevendy.com and stays extremely busy.
My mom, dad, and sisters Brenda Marie Dunn-Gormley and Kathy Dunn-Simonelli and I are very close and have allot of good times together. We all live in Rocklin and Lincoln.

High. Some of my best memories were of Mr Stidger turning his hearing aids off when we got too loud; Mrs. Crom's marching band, being a flag girl, singing in the honor choir, and all the plays; Mrs. Besana allowing us to start a Bible Study class on campus; being a teachers aid in Mr. Barba's math class, Mrs. Strange giving me an Iron Butterfly album, and Mr. Enfields psychology class. Special thanks to Mr. Genzlinger who made me a stronger and bolder Christian by making me stand in class, read the paper I wrote about being a Christian and criticizing it in front of everyone. I know I sound really up - I am. I have had my share of sadness, disappointment, discouragement and difficulty. I got through them having someone I loved by my side, an incredible and supportive family and through the grace of God - I have learned to focus on the good times, and use the memories and lessons learned in the bad times in whatever way I can.
