Deborah's Story

After graduation, I went to MCC in Bradenton for Music Education and performance. While there, I got to go to Europe and perform...Loved it!!! But the medical field was calling me...I became a CNA in 1988. Met my first husband in 1989, just before I started Nursing school. I graduated nursing school in 1991. My first nursing job was on the cardiac floor at St. Joseph Hospital in Pt. Charlotte. I loved it and experienced ALOT between the cardiac floor and ICU. I got married in 1993. We lived in Englewood until my grandma became ill, then we moved to Venice. John and I separated in 1995. I tran...Expand for more
sfered to Venice Hospital. I met my current husband, Danny, in 1997. In Feb of 1998 we moved to Bradenton and I worked at Blake Hosp. In Aug 1998 we moved to Tennessee...and I will tell you about that if you ask...hard times, but good ones too. Danny and I got married Oct. 16, 1998...another interesting story. We moved to Illinois in Dec of that year. From there, I got a job at a nursing home, good money... We left Illinois in 2003 and moved to Folkston, Georgia where I currently live. I work for Southeast Georgia Health systems at a nursing home. We have no kids, just a puppy named Sandy.
