Debra's Story
Life
As of 2007, I am now living in Pensacola, Florida with my family of choice, Nancy and Jon. My mother, sister and 2 of my brothers are down here, as well.
I was a social worker for people with developmental disabilities for about 20 years. More recently, I went back to school to get my teacher certification. ioral and emotional problems. It's like teaching in the inner city.
I've gained too much weight and have exercised too little, but basically, I'm happy.
Update as of September 4, 2007: I still weigh too much but I've become a card-carrying member of Curves. Since I hate to waste my money, I am exercising several times a week.
This year, I am teaching 6th-grade special education science, geography and math. It's a whole different experience than last year!!
