Debra's Story
I moved away from Angola the day after graduation and only come back once or twice a year to visit family. I moved to Maryland initially and graduated from Nursing School in 1988. I work part-time now as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. I love my job and enjoy taking care of the littlest babies. I married my best friend in 1989, and we have two beautiful, kids. One girl and one boy. My life revolves around my kids. We moved to Virgina in 1999.

ng the kids around. My daughter, who is now 17, and now has her license. We are heavy into the college application process and she applied early decision to William & Mary. Congratulations to Marlee, she got in to William & Mary and will be attending in the fall! She dances competitively 24/7 so she's always on the go. Our son is 15 and is very into baseball and playing the drums. During baseball season we are either practicing or playing games every night. He is now a freshman in high school. I'm not sure how I became a mom to these beautiful, smart and awesome teenagers!!!
