Debra's Story
Life
After graduation I took off for Brigham Young University. One year later my father passed away. After another year of college, my mother moved to New Mexico and I had a new Step Father. One year later I was called to serve an LDS church mission in Toronto Ontario - best 18 months of my life!!! In 1986 I was married in the Salt Lake Temple. In 1987 I had my son TJ and in 1990 I had a daughter Randi. In 1992 I was divorced and a single mom. That was the one thing I had never planned on being but I had a great time raising my two kids. In 1997 I married again - huge disaster - and by 2001 I was single again. In 2002 I finally met and married my sole mate Brian. We married in the Jordan River (LDS) Temple. re raising 5 teenagers!! (Matt 18; TJ 17; Amber 16; Randi 15; and Eric 14.) It's a tough job but we are having a great time. We love to go Jeeping in Moab, Utah, and around our mountain property, near our home. We own our own business and work together to make it profitabale. We sell carving tools - yes, I'm a carver (another thing I never thought I'd be - very relaxing and rewarding!)
In the summer of 2004 We lost Brian's oldest son while he was serving in US Army. He passed away just one month after his 18th birthday. He will be greatly missed.
This winter (2005) we added a cute little puppy to our crew - she is sure a handfull!
