I was to much of a smart ass to follow through and attitude to get an education. So in 1963 I got kicked out of Glen Burnie High School for fighting another student, after I hit him he went over the railing he fell one story in the stairwell and he knocked out all his teeth. So after looking for work and not finding anything I joined Job Corps and after a year graduated in the Autobody Repair and Painting, got my GED, also 3rd degree brown belt in Martial Arts. Bummed around for a couple yrs, couldn't find a job in the automotive field because I had no experiance. Went to work for National Plastics for 2 yrs. Left there and Joined Marine Corps in June '67 for 4 yrs. After Basic Training. I we...Expand for more
nt to a school for a few months, decided that wasn't for me and volunteered to go to 'Nam. I arrived in Jan '68 and did 2 tours. I was sent back in 11-'69. I got stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC until enlistment was up in '71. After beung discharged I worked at Apt complex near Ft. Meade in maintenance for about a year, afterwards I became longhaul truck driver until about '88 when I blew out my (R) knee, after surgery it took almost a year of therapy before I returned to work. In '90 I had the door to the trailer fall top of me crushing at least 2 vertabraes,after many surguries I went into the Heating and Air- Conditioning program at R.E.T.S. Electronics school.
