First, I'm on face book if anyone would like to contact me. Well, let's see. I married two weeks after high school graduation. Over the next nine years, I moved around to all parts of the nation, living in Spokane, WA, Albuquerque, NM, Margate, FL (near Ft. Lauderdale), Las Vegas, NV, Watertown, NY (near Syracuse), and ended up in Colorado Springs, CO. About a year later, I wound up divorced. I have been working for the same company in the Springs since 1997. As of 2010 my position is SEO Specialist/Social Media for our website. I have no children (although I hope one day to have some), unless you count my cats. I never liked cats until about 2003 when a 3-month old kitten wandered into my yard during the July 4th weekend. I took her in to bring her to a rescue after the holidays, and she stayed. Since then, I have done some work with rescues, and I have taken in some feral cats and their kittens. The house is certainly full of life. I have been raising money for the American Heart Association since 2003. My father suffered a major stroke in Oct. 2002, which affected two-thirds of the left hemisphere of his brain. He is unable to speak, write, or care for himself, although he still has his mind. He resides in a nursing home in Longmont. He and my mother will celebrate their 49th wedding anniversary in 2010. He is in bad shape, but it could always be worse.
