Dennis's Story
From CPHS to Newark College of Engineering. Graduated "67" with BSME and signed on with Western Electric, Kearny, NJ. Transferred to Denver, CO in "72" and then to Teletype Corp., Little Rock, Arkansas in 1977. Assignments included Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, Purchasing Manager and Operations Manager. Earned an executive management degree - Master in Management of Technology in "91" sponsored by Lehigh University. Dallas not for me, took an early retirement, and returned to Little Rock which we have called home.
Little Rock fits well with our conservative christian values, has great medical access, and has a great outdoors.
After a short retirement returned to work with a small aerospace company which produces equipment that accurately points antenas, manipulates robotic arms, etc. Kind of fun working on stuff that orbits the earth and Mars, and is on the space shuttle and the Hubble Telescope.
Married with 3 children, 3 grandsons, and a grandaughter.
