Well, I went into the construction business, mostly cement work, right out of high school in 1985. I was only 17 years old. I continued concrete work for 15 years full-time & approx. another 5 years part-time on and off. I started college in 1998 fall semester and had to stop going after the 1998-1999 winter semester as my financial situation required me to work a full-time job and a part-time job at the same time. During that college era, I took a break during mid-term exams to attend real estate school for onel week in which I immediately took my state boards and attained my real estate license!
