Life
Hi I am from England and I moved to Oak Park in 1964,I lived in south taylor avenue Mary Poppins the movie was showing at the time and the RMS Queen Mary was in service which I came over on.I went to Hawthorne junior school I can remember a few of the classmates Tom Plank, Wayne Toberman,Joe DE Francisco,there was 2 Cindys,Donna,Mark,George I have a photo of us all on my last day.My parents become home sick so we went back to the U.K It was a shame I was really settling in to my new life and friends.I remember the English road crossing lady and the candy shop and the park opposite our house had a youth and sports club where I spent most of the time.I returned to the U.K.in 1965.I will never forget Oak Park I just remembered I was on front page of the OAK LEAVES with my friend GEORGE in football kit I still have the OAK LEAVES Paper.Anyway when I was 15 I trained as a chef in the West End of London in Soho I married when I was 25years old we had daughter we...Expand for more
called Amy who is now 22 and is a graphic designer then we had a boy called Stuart he 19 and is miller in engineering,I seperated from my then wife in 1997 and now happily divorced I now live in Norfolk I lived up here for eight years and I have met and have been living with lovely woman for four years we are near the coast in a town called North Walsham near the Norfolk broads which is miles and miles of river boating.Norfolk is famous for airbases theres a story about an american airbase on chrstmas night the guys there witnessed triangler shaped ufo above a forest.I have a caravan 21ft we take off some weekends theres loads of sites here where we can stay,bbqs are a big thing here they started here in late seventys.I love animals we have 4 cats .I use to play darts I became champion a few times all my trophys are now in the loft collecting dust.I am now in the book buisness in the wholesale department we send books all over the world well thats it I guess.
