Desmond's Story
Life
Not a whole lot happening in my life. Wife, two kids, and one house. After graduating from high school, I went to college and then on to law school. I'm a lawyer now and practice labor and employment law in Los Angeles. I love the field I practice in -- we do everything under the labor and employment law sun except for unemployment compensation and worker's comp -- and I love the firm I work for. Anyone know of something that might make a good wage and hour class action suit? I'd love to hear from you.

y engaging. We deal with wage and hour issues, ERISA, tax qualification of employee benefit plans, wrongful termination, traditional labor law, collective bargaining, and everything else under the labor and employment banner except for worker's comp (ughh) and unemployment compensation (yuck).
I started off as a lowly associate but now litigate cases from their inception all the way through the appellate process. It's wonderful to do that, but somedays, I wonder how long one can last doing this full time for an extended length of time.
Perhaps the lottery is right around corner. LOL.
