Life I grew up along Appleway Road just outside of St. Thomas, Pa. and enjoyed the outdoors; everything from hunting, fishing, trapping, baseball, riding bikes, 3-wheelers, and motorcycles, I worked at Appleway Orchards and went to Chambersburg Area Vo-Tech (Diesel Mechanics) during High School. About a year after graduation, I was ready for a new challenge so I joined the Air Force. My first assignment was to Yokota AB, Japan, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to make a career out of it. I met my wife, Marita, in 1990 while stationed at Pope AFB, NC. We got married in 1994 at Dillon, SC and our son, Robert was born 17 May 1997 at Womack Army Med Center, Ft. Bragg, NC.
