Life
Graduated from UW in 67 with RN degree, Married in 69, 2 girls one is married with 3 boys and a girl and live in Greeley, Co. area. The other has 1 son and is in Colorado Springs. My husband & I have ministry called Grandparenting Network.We have a web site called the "Christiangrandparenting.org" and deal with the issues many encounter with grandparenting .We do Grandcamps for grandparents and grandkids (6-12yrs) each summer in Colorado. Live in Colorado Springs. Keep active and busy with own grandkids and friends. Sold Lodge in Mnts. of Colorado (ran it for 11 yrs. before moving to Co. Spgs,.) Mother died in 2004, father died in 95. Brother still lives in Rock Springs, but have not been back since mother died. Am blessed to have 7 grandkids, and am able to see them quite often...We do lots of crafts together and just have fun when we have the opportunity. Oldest grandson is 15 and youngest grandchild (girl) is10. There are 6 boys and 1 girl. I enjoy the summer months and being outside, but also enjoy a good movie. We also like getting together with friends and family and playing table games every week. Enjoy living in the Rocky Mountains, but enjoy the warmer weather of summer as we get older. Climate is quite nice for the most part, however, and do enjoy the atmosphere here in Colorado Springs.
