Diane's Story
Hi I am Diane Miller Murcin. I have lived in Tennessee for the past 15 years and have been married twice in process of divorce now. I finally got to go to college and graduated from East Tennessee State University with two Bachelors degrees. One in Sociology and one in Human Services. My desire was to open a day care center for the elderly but unfortunately I am going through this divorce. He left me with no money or property. But I am living in Randleman NC just south of Greensboro with my daughter. I also had an fall which damaged my back and I can not work. I have 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. in Colorado, NY, and NC. I was surprised to see some people I remember from school even tho I quit before graduation and got married. And No I was not pregnant like everyone thought. I lost a little girl to viral encephalitis in 71 and still remember it like it was yesterday. She was only 14 months old. I have kept in touch with Carol Sink Stiles who lives in Georgia, and not really anyone else.
I am sorry to hear we have lost several of our classmates. Ronnie Leonard, Louie Gasparini, and others I am sorry for your loss to their spouses. If anyone out there remembers me and would like to chat look me up. Have a great day.
