Deborah's Story
After graduation, I went to the University of Cincinnati, eventually graduating in English Lit. I then started working with homeless folks in the "ghetto" in Cincinnati who had major mental illness. After working for a while heading up a vocational rehabilitation program for the same population in Kentucky, I went back to school to become a physician assistant.

ove with my husband, and married in 1998. We have no kids, the best dog ever, and a beautiful place in Vermont, where I am a PA in inpatient adult psychiatry. I hope soon to go back to working in the field I found myself loving even more--cancer psychiatry.
We are currently thrilled to be in Vermont, with the snow, mountains, moose, lakes, and porcupines.
