Didi's Story
Life
I've been a single mom for the last 18 out of 20 years to one terrific son. He's my greatest accomplishment. He graduated high school Magna Cum Laude and is now a sophomore at Hawaii Pacific University majoring in Business Management.
I'm getting married again on March 10th, 2007, after a long engagement. As my son gains a stepfather, I will gain a stepdaughter. Finally, one big happy family.
My last attempt to acheive a B.A. degree ended when necessities demanded an 8-5 job for the higher ...Expand for more
pay and the classes I wanted weren't offered at night.
I continue to be active in Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority, receiving my 15th year Order Of The Rose. It's a worldwide, noncollegiate, organization offering friendship and culture wherever you go.
College
Started full time at Leeward Community College (University of Hawaii) right after high school. Worked part time and partied a lot. Majored in music first two years. Took a semester off and went back to complete my A.A. in Liberal Arts.
